윈도우 엑스피 2 부터 웜의 전파 속도를 줄이기 위해 10개 이상의 접속 및 접근을 막는다는 군요.
이것때문에 P2P속도가 많이 줄어든다고 합니다.
제어판에서 이벤트 로그 보시면 TCP/IP로그 많이 있을겁니다. 클릭해서 보면 10개이상의 접속 막는다는 메시지가 있을겁니다. 즉 10개 이상의 접속 및 접근 제한을 풀어 주는 겁니다.
사용방법
압축을 푼다음 실행을 시키면 콘솔창이 뜹니다.

여기서 자기가 설정하고 싶은 값을 집어 넣습니다. 그냥 예전 그대로 가고 싶다면 ECS 키를 누릅니다.
